Privacy Policy

• Account info: email address, username, password (handled by Supabase Auth — we never see or store your password directly).
• Profile info you add: avatar, bio.
• Content you create: reviews, ratings, scorecards, watchlist, likes, follows.
• Standard server logs and error reports (see “Error monitoring” below).

No ads, no ad tracking, no selling or renting your data to anyone. We don’t use Google Analytics or any cookie-based tracker.

The only cookies RingLog sets are Supabase’s authentication cookies, needed to keep you signed in. Our analytics (below) is cookieless, so no cookie consent banner is shown.

We use privacy-first, cookieless pageview analytics (Umami) to understand overall traffic. It doesn’t track you individually across sites and stores no personal identifiers.

We use Sentry to catch and fix crashes. Error reports are scrubbed of request bodies (so review text never reaches it) and of your email address before being sent.

Only the infrastructure providers that make the site work: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Resend (transactional email — confirmations, password resets), Sentry (error monitoring), and Umami (analytics). None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Reviews, ratings, scorecards, your diary, and your follow/follower counts are visible to anyone who visits your profile — that’s the point of the product. Don’t put anything in a review or bio you wouldn’t want public.

Delete your account any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, reviews, scorecards, likes, watchlist, and follows. Fights or fighters you added to the database stay (they’re shared site data, not personal data) but are no longer linked to your account.

RingLog isn’t directed at children and isn’t knowingly used by anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
